The annual general meeting of Sabam was scheduled for 18 May. But due to the measures imposed on us by the government in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have no choice but to postpone this meeting.

This is allowed because the government has taken exceptional measures so that companies and associations can organise their annual general meeting. One of these measures is to extend the legal deadlines. And so the governing body of Sabam has decided to postpone the general meeting to 31 August 2020. This will allow us to welcome you in optimal conditions.

You may expect the convocation letter for our general meeting by 11 August. We would like to remind you that only shareholders who have paid up their share at the latest 60 calendar days before the date of the general meeting (i.e. at the latest on 2 July 2020) are allowed to vote.
